  A Step Ahead Counseling Services, LLC provides strengths based mental health counseling and therapy to children ages 12 and over through adulthood. We specialize in working with people who are experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, difficult transitions such as divorce and family issues and those dealing with trauma. Our therapists also specialize in teenagers who have behavior disorders and difficulties in the school setting. Our goal is to help you navigate the challenges life presents and to stay a step ahead of those challenges. We hope to give you a comfortable place to do so at your own pace.
